**Job Summary**:
The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in achieving revenue targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies for business-to-business (B2B) customers. This role involves building relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and set performance goals for the sales team.

**Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of B2B sales representatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and partnerships.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to travel as required.
