**Accounts Executive for Pune Based ISO Certified IT Solutions Company.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Critical review of consolidated financial reports on monthly basis with Management.
- Handling cash management.
- Maintaining records and receipts.
- General Ledger reconciliations and review with management.
- Cost Center maintenance and management for each project.
- Completion of supporting schedules for Year End Audit & Statutory accounts as required.
- Handling Utility bill payments.
- Preparing month end reports like cash flow, accounts report, GST and TDS etc., before due date
- Proactive in reviewing accounting processes with view to improving efficiency & accuracy of process.
- Bid Cost Management Analysis.
- Ad hoc projects & other duties as and when required, as directed by Management.
- Preparation of monthly accrual schedules for finance.
- Short term liquid fund management.
- Making Delivery Challans, Purchase order & tax invoice for the order generated and filing of physical documents.
- Monthly Cash flow analysis.
- Monthly GST and TDS Payments & return.
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the customers, management and sales teams.
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience: 6 to 10 years
- Qualification: B. Com/M. Com/MBA Finance/CA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Should have excellent working knowledge of Tally including frequently used short cut keys and commands.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹34,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
