**JOB SUMMARY**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Propose and plan for operational audits in business units.
- Execute operations audit and assess company operations, process, financial, compliance and other associated risks.
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes based on audit outcomes to minimise risks.
- Prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to the Manager and customers.
- Develop strategic initiatives to maintain and improve the audit function.
- Preparation and compliance achievement for external audits & assessments (example ISO, Cyber Essentials, UK Standards - example NHS DSP, etc)
- Service improvements based on audit findings and quality monitoring.
- Implementation of quality initiatives as per business needs.
- Provide professional advice to other auditors.
- Identify critical risk and control indicators for assigned audit areas.
- Identify operational risks and make recommendations to manage risks.
- Maintain documentation for risk assessment and management processes.
- Perform audit-related investigation as directed by the Manager.
- Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational and management policies/procedures.
- Ensure past audit recommendations are implemented in the current audit process.
- Responsible for external audit preparation and compliance achievement (ISO, Cyber Essentials, etc)

PERSON REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL
- Prior 3+ experience in ISO internal auditing
- Prior experience in ISO implementation process
- ISO certification 9001, 27001 and 14001
- Ability to complete and manage tasks on their own
- Good understanding of management process & IT Industry
- Ability to internally train and mentors associated with ISO processes and implementation

DESIRABLE
- With prior domain experience in UK Healthcare Audit Standards.
