We are looking for Accounts Executive_Kothrud, Pune

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Job Profile:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining books of accounts in tally ERP with correct cost centres (Purchases / Sales / JV / Bank / Cash / debit note /credit note/ Stock JVs etc)
2. Raising monthly commission / Trading Invoices
3. Monitoring debtors / creditors
4. Maintaining petty cash book manually
5. Uploading monthly report of Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet data & Sales Report on Holding Companys Portal
6. Completing end to end monthly salary Processing on time.
7. Checking Tour reports and maintaining the tour advance with employees
8. Banking (All activities related to accounts / BGs / LCs etc.)
9. Assisting in preparation for 5Y Financial Budget plan
10. Making timely tax payments with accuracy to avoid any interest / penalty (Income tax / TDS /GST/ Profession Tax)
11. Preparing data for monthly GST returns
12. Providing accurate data to consultants for filing of various returns (Income tax / TDS, /GST / FLA, /TP /Profession Tax)
13. Maintaining minimum balance with Insurance company & keeping this account reconciled
14. Maintaining correct data for finalising the books of accounts for financial year in India and calendar year for.
15. Monitoring and maintaining employee gratuity fund transactions.
16. Keeping the physical & soft records of (Minutes of board meeting, appointment of Directors, Transfer pricing report & Financial records)
17. Preparing cash flow statement for next three months at the end of current month
18. Keeping track of all insurance policies and agreements and updating new agreements on companys portal
19. Dealing with all third parties agencies like Banks / CA / TP consultant / CS / etc.
20. Any other work ancillary to above and work assigned by Finance controller / CEO.

Desired competencies:
1. Good understanding of accounting
2. understanding of direct and indirect taxes.
3. Well versed with Tally ERP
4. Basic proficiency in excel

Place of work: Pune

Qualification: BCOM / MCOM with additional proficiency in computers/ taxation / banking etc.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
