**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karve Nagar, Pune for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and job seekers in developing their career plans, exploring potential career paths, and assisting with job search strategies. The ultimate goal is to facilitate individual and organizational success.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any field. (Engineering Preferred)
- 0-2 years experience working in career counseling or related field, preferably in an academic or corporate setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with students, job seekers, and parents.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical principles and professional standards in counselling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and social media platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
