**Must Have Skills**:
Certification as Appraisal Team Member (ATM) will be plus, Experience in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2015 and SOC 2 Type 2 will be plus, Auditing skills, Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, assertive

**Requisites**:

- Research and updating knowledge, skills to improve the company QMS.
- Knowledge of Good audits.
- Knowledge of Excel or GDS data analysis
- Conducting Trainings for employees
- Team mentoring and tracking activities
- Ability to help project teams understand process
- Process improvements

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in implementing ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001 process.
- Ensure various projects compliance with software development best practices and established methodologies.
- Well versed with Process Engineering, Implementation, Assurance, Compliance and Improvement activities for various projects, departments and organization level.
- Ensure Information Security Management System and Quality Management System are coordinated consistently across the Organization.
- Support and monitor implementation of ISMS and QMS Policy and other supporting policies for employees, for the group and organization.
- Conduct ISO, SOC, ISMS and QMS Internal Audits at specified intervals and Management Reviews. Review and audit projects against defined processes using detailed checklists, with attention to detail.
- Report audit findings to the management and work with project team(s) till closure of the gaps or inconsistencies.
- Provide training for employees on ISO, ISMS and QMS Standards as well as best practices on a regular basis.
- Experience in gathering and presenting metrics and progress on implementation and raising any items that are not complying with the contract and defined quality standards
- Analyzes, compiles, and reports on findings of gap/non-compliance and provides recommendations for improvement. Tracks and escalates unresolved non-compliance issues and corrective and preventative action plans to closure.
- Maintain the process assets library for the company, including all process definitions, templates, and document samples.
- Provide training, coaching and necessary activities to ensure departments' awareness about company's policies, procedures.
- Checking departments to ensure all policies and procedures are clearly understood and effectively observed regularly.
- Conducting internal quality audit periodically

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
