**Position Purpose**

Digital Payments & Acquiring Operations supports several Payment products within bank such as Merchant Acquiring on Cards/UPI, Prepaid Cards Issuance, AePS, Domestic Money Transfers, Inward and Outward Forex Transfers etc. These payment products are offered in partnership with various Bank Partners such as Payment Aggregators, FinTechs who provides last mile connectivity to Customer and Merchants through their own systems and physical network. Bank in turn manages the Fund Flow, Reconciliation, Regulatory Obligations and monitors Risk.

Role is part of Digital Payments & Acquiring Operations and for **Acquiring Ops.**

Acquiring Operations support Payment Aggregators across POS and Ecom to onboard merchants and settle funds. Operations team manages N/W Settlement recon, JV, Settlement, Regulatory Reporting and Expense/Income accounting.
- Role requires a person who understands Card N/W and Settlement i.e. for MasterCard, VISA and Rupay.
- Should have thorough knowledge of Payment Cycle starting from Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, Disputes and Billing
- Ability to analyze JV for Outgoing and Incoming files and resolves gaps.
- Person must be comfortable working on data and understands transaction flow with sound knowledge of accounting practices.
- Mandatory prior experience in a banking or payment setup with work Experience of minimum 8 years
- Team management experience is required for SM grade
- Digital Payments is 24x7 and 365 days business and hence role may require flexibility to work on weekends/holidays or starting early morning. Compensatory-offs are provided by bank in such an instance.
