**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our gold-related services.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s offerings and address customer inquiries.
- Build strong rapport with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve individual and team targets set by the management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Fluency in **Kannada** is mandatory.
- Proficiency in **English** is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and effectively.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
