**Responsibilities**:
Engage extensively with clients to thoroughly understand their property requirements and preferences.
Clearly articulate product features and benefits to clients.
Initiate sales calls proactively to establish connections with potential clients.
Efficiently negotiate and finalize new business deals while adeptly managing requirements and contract negotiations.
Identify potential business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach efforts.
Set and diligently pursue yearly targets and objectives.
Identify new opportunities through insightful analysis of business needs.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualification**:Any Graduate.
**Experience**:0 - 5 years.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
