Order Executive

**Order Management**:
- Enter orders accurately into the internal system (ERP/SAP/Tally).
- Confirm order details with customers and coordinate any required clarifications.
- **Coordination**:
- Liaise with the production team to ensure product availability and timely manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the design, quality check, and dispatch teams to track the status of orders.
- Ensure packaging and dispatch as per customer specifications and brand standards.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain updated records of all orders, invoices, and customer communications.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on order status and delivery timelines.
- Assist in generating shipping labels, invoices, and order slips.
- **Customer Communication**:
- Provide order updates and dispatch details to customers.
- Address order-related queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Checks**:
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure raw materials and finished products are available.
- Raise alerts for low stock or delays in production.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Prior experience (1-3 years) in order management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and local language.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
