**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a highly professional and detail-oriented **Executive Assistant (EA)** to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to a **Director-level leader** in a dynamic **manufacturing and IPO-stage organization**. The EA will act as a key enabler in managing time, communication, and operations, while also assisting with project tracking, regulatory documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
The role demands a strong grasp of corporate protocols, discretion in handling sensitive information (especially IPO-related), and the ability to navigate a high-growth, compliance-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support**
- Manage daily schedule, meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for the Director.
- Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and vendor coordination where applicable.
**Project & Operational Support**
- Assist the Director in planning and tracking departmental or cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate with various internal teams (Production, Finance, Compliance, HR, etc.) to gather data or follow up on action items.
- Help maintain project trackers, KPIs, and dashboards for ongoing initiatives.
**IPO & Regulatory Support**
- Assist in managing key documents and timelines related to IPO preparation or post-listing compliance.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and investor relations teams to coordinate meetings, filings, or audits.
- Support due diligence processes and maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
**Meeting & Event Coordination**
- Schedule and coordinate internal reviews, leadership huddles, investor or partner meetings.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes for important meetings.
- Follow up on key decisions and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an EA or high-level administrative role, preferably in manufacturing or IPO-ready environments.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
