**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**

**Location**: Hydrabad Hybrid

**Shift Timing**: 9 hours (including 1-hour break)
**Working Days**: 6 days a week with 1 rotational day off

**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals who are fluent in English and Telugu.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Document interactions, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in both English and Telugu.
- **Education**: Open to both undergraduates and graduates.
- **System Requirements**:

- **Processor**: Intel i5 or i7, or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (i3 and Ryzen 3 are not acceptable).
- **Operating System**: Windows 10 Pro/11/11 Pro.
- **RAM**: 8 GB or above.
- **Internet Speed**: Minimum 40-45 MBPS.
- **Availability**: No leaves on festivals and no extra leaves for the upcoming 3 months.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software.
