- **Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.**:
- **Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lot Mobiles' products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.**:
- **Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Ensure that all customer records are accurate and up-to-date.**:
- **Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to help improve products, services, and processes.**:
- **Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection regulations and service standards.**:
- **Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues.**
