We are currently hiring for **Tender Pre-sales Executive having minimum 2 years of experience**

Role:

- Search for tenders
- Preparing and reviewing tender documents
- Scope of works
- Checking the feasibility for qualification
- Preparing presentations
- Risk matrix
- Preparing cost estimation by contacting required vendors
- Information to top management to get approval for bidding
- E-tendering /online bidding in support of company’s sales department.

Skillset:

- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of E-Tendering with various Government departments, must from IT/Computer/Networking/telecom field/company.
- Strong computer skills, and strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Areas of Expertise:

- Government Tenders, Tender Tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple bids at the same time without losing focus.
- Pre-Bid Meeting Attending the Pre-Bid Meetings for a clear understanding of the scope of the Work/Project.
- Preparation and Submission Controlling & Managing the entire tender process from documentation preparation,
- Preparing Estimation, Price Bidding (BOQs) and related documents. And Responsible for submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget.
- Work with Finance to close on financial terms and commercials. Communication with Consortium Partners and respective OEMs.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
