We’re seeking a dedicated Human Content Moderator to help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring user-generated content aligns with our community guidelines and legal standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support a positive user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review text, images, and videos submitted by users to confirm they follow our policies and community standards.
- Identify and remove harmful, hateful, violent, or spam content swiftly. Handle user reports, conduct investigations, and take appropriate action. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to policy or legal experts.
- Maintain detailed records of moderation decisions and metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving online trends and policy updates; provide feedback to improve guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹173,053.47 - ₹476,873.34 per year
