**Role Overview**: A Content Moderator at RankHawn would be responsible for ensuring that all content produced aligns with the company's standards, client expectations, and industry regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reputation of both RankHawn and its clients by overseeing the quality and appropriateness of content across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Review & Quality Assurance**:

- Evaluate content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
- Ensure consistency with RankHawn's brand voice and client-specific guidelines.
- Verify factual accuracy and originality, addressing any instances of plagiarism.
- **Compliance & Policy Enforcement**:

- Ensure all content adheres to legal standards, including copyright laws and data protection regulations.
- Identify and address content that may be inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.
- **SEO Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines without compromising quality.
- Incorporate relevant keywords naturally and effectively.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Work closely with content writers, providing constructive feedback to enhance their work.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to align content with strategic objectives.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track content performance and user engagement metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for content improvements based on data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years' experience in content moderation, editing, or a similar role within a digital marketing environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of the English language, with excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
