We’re looking for someone who can use **creativity + AI tools** to grow our social presence **without paid ads**.

- Edit long podcasts into high-performing shorts using **AI video editors** (OpusClip, Descript, CapCut AI).
- Grow our Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn organically using **trend analysis tools** (Glasp, VidIQ, TubeBuddy).
- Run creative campaigns designed with **AI-based design tools** (Canva Magic, Figma AI, Leonardo.ai).
- Track performance using **AI analytics tools** (Notion AI dashboards, Google Analytics with AI insights).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and repurpose **viral moments** from the UptoSkills Podcast Show.
- Create short-form videos with **eye-catching captions, trending sounds, and AI-generated graphics**.
- Post consistently across **Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn**.
- Use AI to **predict trends and optimize posting times**.
- Collaborate with student influencers to expand reach organically.
- Monitor growth metrics and fine-tune strategies using AI-powered analytics.

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**
- Knows **1-3 years of social media marketing or content creation**.
- Has hands-on experience with **free AI tools** for editing, scripting, and analytics.
- Understands **Gen Z humor, Indian college culture, and viral content psychology**.
- Can edit quickly and creatively using **AI + manual touch**.
- Believes in **data-driven, organic growth** instead of paid ads.

**Bonus Points If You**
- Have scaled accounts organically to **100K+ followers**.
- Have edited podcasts for creators or brands before.
- Can research and adapt **global viral trends** for Indian audiences using AI.
