We're looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive who can help us grow our brand visibility, drive engagement, and expand our reach across multiple online platforms.

Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll take ownership of our organic growth initiatives — from SEO and content creation to social media marketing, AI tool directory submissions, and community engagement.

This is a full-time remote position, ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands internet culture, and is passionate about AI, relationships, and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & SEO

  • Write and publish engaging blogs, articles, and short posts around AI, virtual companionship, technology, and digital relationships.
  • Optimize all content for SEO and organic ranking (keywords, meta tags, interlinking, etc.).
  • Create micro-content for Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Reddit, and Facebook.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Reddit profiles.
  • Post updates, product launches, and engaging threads regularly.
  • Interact with followers — reply, comment, and build conversations.

3. Product Directory & Submission

  • Submit Idyll to AI directories, product listing websites, and startup discovery platforms.
  • Track submissions and maintain an outreach sheet.
  • Identify new B2B discovery and backlink opportunities.

4. Community Engagement

  • Comment on relevant posts, participate in discussions, and subtly promote Idyll.
  • Engage with AI, tech, and companionship communities on Reddit, X, and other platforms.

5. B2B Outreach

  • Identify and reach out to AI communities, founders, creators, or influencers for collaborations or partnerships related to AI companionship use cases.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management.
  • Excellent English writing skills — creative yet structured.
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword research tools, and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with Reddit, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Notion is a big plus.
  • Interest in AI, technology, digital companionship, or virtual relationships preferred.
  • Self-driven, consistent, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full day)
  • Saturday: Half day
  • Work Type: Remote / Work-from-home
  • Occasional team meetups or work-from-café days (2–3 times a month)

Salary

₹1.5 – 2 Lakh per annum (based on experience and skills)

  • Performance-based increments every 6 months.
  • Bonuses for high-impact marketing campaigns or successful submissions.
