Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing, with expertise in planning, designing, and posting engaging content across various social media platforms. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to generate organic leads, design presentations, and create printing-related collaterals to support our marketing initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan, design, and post compelling creatives, videos, and reels across social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Generate organic leads through strategic content creation, community engagement, and relationship building with target audiences.
• Monitor social media channels, track performance metrics, and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to create cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.
• Design presentations and printing-related collaterals, such as brochures, flyers, and posters, to support marketing and promotional activities.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, and incorporate innovative techniques to optimize campaign performance.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative optimization, to drive desired outcomes.
• Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in social media marketing, with 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in designing and creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, and reels, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience in managing accounts and creating impactful campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior experience in generating organic leads and driving conversions through social media channels is highly desirable.
