**On-Ground Marketing**

**Job Summary**:
We're seeking an experienced On-Ground Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You'll lead a team to execute events, activations, and promotions that showcase our brand and products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement on-ground marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

2. Conceptualize and execute events, activations, and promotions

3. Manage and train a team of marketing executives and promoters

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative)

5. Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer behavior and preferences

6. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for on-ground marketing initiatives

7. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of on-ground marketing campaigns

**Digital Responsibly**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

2. Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels

3. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO

4. Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversions)

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales)

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

7. Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize ROI

**Requirements**:
1. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads)

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Strong content creation and copywriting skills

5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Common Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

2. Strong communication and project management skills

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
