We are Hiring **Customer Service Advisor **for International Blended Process Team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls of customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Provide timely resolutions to customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written **English **communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.

**Education & Experience**:

- HSC Plus or Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the International Call centre will be an add-on.
- Day Rotational Shift / 5 Days Working
