**GOA - Factory Medical officer**

**Do you have a brief description of this position you would like us to fill?**
- 1.You will be responsible for Day to Day
- 6 days per week Management of the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) along with the Paramedics, to fulfill all statutory requirements.
2. Identification of occ. health hazards at the office/factory floors, maintain appropriate documents for Govt or Siemens internal audit.
3. Identification of notifiable diseases (is any).
4. Address medical problems of the workers as well as any industrial health related problems i.e. monitoring hazards, use of PPE, biological monitoring, etc.
5. Conduct pre-employment health evaluations
6. Maintain medical health records at the OHC / Maintain Morbidity Data
7. Conduct health & wellness awareness programs & workshops on various topics & lifestyle diseases, prevention of occupational health hazards, and importance of using PPEs etc.
8. Promote Ergonomics
9. First Aid & Emergency Care/Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), facilitate Tie up with local hospitals
10. Organize a health risk assessment for the site by an Industrial Hygienist, H & S Scan
11. Provide emergency care to the employees in case of workplace related injuries, illness, and exposure.
12. Conduct a hygiene inspection of the workplace including the canteen and submit a report along with observations and recommendations
13. Conduct regular audits of the OHC
14. Medicine management at the OHC
15. Maintain proper hygiene & proper disposal of waste
16. Work with the EHS/ manager to drive various awareness programs on health
17. CSR Activities
18. Maintain a congenial work environment with workers, management.
- Maintain liaison with Consultants in Hospitals in Goa for referrals & admissions.
- Visit to Project Sites in different parts of India (upon requirement) & related tasks such as HRA, Medical Camps, Vaccinations, Awareness sessions, First Aid Trainings etc.
- Maintain liaison with all Top Management executives to facilitate employee requirements in terms of physical & mental well-being.
