We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Inside Sales Executive** to join our team. This role involves handling client inquiries, explaining services, maintaining accurate records, and efficiently managing appointments and follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and convince client calls professionally and effectively.
- Brief clients clearly about the company’s services.
- Maintain and update detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate between therapists and clients for smooth service delivery.
- Handle client queries and objections confidently.
- Schedule appointments and manage timely follow-ups.
- Address client concerns and provide accurate service-related information.
- Handle monetary transactions accurately and maintain proper records.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Graduate or Masters
- Females are preferred
- Minimum 1 **years of experience** in a client-facing or sales role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong ability to manage schedules and multitask effectively

**Work Timings**:

- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Work Location**:

- In HSR layout, Bangalore close to office.

Office Address: 23rd Main Rd, Garden Layout, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102

**Salary**:

- ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 (based on experience and interview performance)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
