- **Lead Generation**:Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may be interested in the company's offerings.
- **Sales Generation**:Converting leads into sales by persuading customers to purchase products or services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Data Management**:Recording call details, updating customer information, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Problem Solving**:Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
