Softlix is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong knowledge of technologies and tools, project management, sales and training development, organizing events, and strategic hiring to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the company's daily operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall company performance and achieve company objectives.
- Ensure that all departments are working together effectively and efficiently to meet the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the management team, and foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new products and services to meet customer needs.
- Manage the company's budget, financial performance, and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the executive team to establish long-term goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Oversee the training and development of employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Plan and execute events and initiatives to enhance the company's brand and reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools, project management tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial performance, and cash flow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in organizing and managing events would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
