Customer Relationship Executive
**Location**: Grant Road, Mumbai
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years
**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree (any stream)
**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000/month
**Work Mode**: Hybrid (Both Onsite & Remote)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions or services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met on time and with quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Handle escalations professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
