- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
- Assist in planning and executing customer engagement initiatives such as surveys, newsletters, loyalty programs, or special events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM Document customer interactions, transactions, and relevant information for future reference and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or customer relationship management roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
