Analyze civil engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to accurately quantify the materials, labor, and equipment required for the project
- Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets, including the preparation of bills of quantities, cost breakdowns, and cash flow projections
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process, identifying potential cost overruns and recommending corrective actions
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the best value for the client
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to project costs, including progress reports, change orders, and final accounts
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget and timeline

Pay: ₹10,772.69 - ₹38,631.84 per month
