Our company is seeking a dynamic and talented **Customer Sales Representative **to join our team

**Industry**: Movers and Packers (Logistics)

**Shift**: US/Night Shift

**Job Location**: Ambernath 421505

**Working days**: 6 days a week

**Skill set Requirement** - Exceptional communication skills, adeptness in problem-solving, and a good aptitude for numerical analysis(good with numbers)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound customer calls and inquiries for moving services
- Utilize effective communication techniques to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, empathizing with customers' concerns and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Showcase problem-solving abilities by proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns, striving to achieve the highest level of satisfaction
- Regular follow-up for the payment with the customers
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
