**Position: Finance Telecaller**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our financial products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Persuade potential clients to schedule appointments with our financial advisors or to purchase our products/services.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the finance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
