Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
DREAM MBBS STUDY ABROAD LLP is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic female Telecaller who can efficiently handle telecalling duties while also multitasking in other administrative and support roles. This position is ideal for fresher’s who are eager to start their career in a dynamic work environment. The role offers a competitive salary of INR 15,000 - 17,000 per month.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Telecalling:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and their families to provide information about MBBS study abroad programs.
- Maintain and update the student database with accurate and current information.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure a smooth conversion process.
- Address student queries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.

2. Multitasking in Other Fields:

- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the front office with visitor management and reception duties as needed.
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and other office activities.
- Contribute to social media management and online marketing efforts.
- Provide support to the finance team by managing simple bookkeeping tasks or handling invoice records.

3. Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
