**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven **Telecaller** to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our sales/services, answering queries, and generating sales or leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the services offered by the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales or set appointments.
- Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in [languages required - e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle rejection.
- Basic knowledge of using computers and phone systems.
