**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our educational programs and services.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, and related services.
- Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and follow up on potential leads.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets as assigned by the team leader.
- Provide accurate and complete information to students, addressing their concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student queries promptly.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
