We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our admissions team as a **Telecaller** to assist with inquiries and guide prospective students through the admission process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about the college and its courses.
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective students and their families, providing details about admission processes, eligibility criteria, and available programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a call log to track conversion rates.
- Maintain and update records of all inquiries, calls, and student interactions in the admissions database.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Assist in providing information about scholarships, campus facilities, and other relevant aspects of college life.
- Provide excellent customer service, building positive relationships with potential students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any field is preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a pleasant and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to answer questions clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with CRM software or call management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
