**Job Title: TelecallerJob Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound and Outbound Calls**:
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers or clients and receive incoming calls.
- Engage with customers to promote services or products.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Provide detailed information about products or services.
- Answer customer inquiries, clarify doubts, and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:
- Promote and sell products or services over the phone.
- Achieve sales targets or performance goals set by the company.
- Collect customer details and follow up on leads.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Update customer information as required.
- **Upselling and Cross-selling**:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- **Follow-ups**:
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure they are satisfied and to remind them of offers or products.
- **Handling Complaints**:
- Address customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- **Reporting**:
- Report daily/weekly progress, calls made, sales conversions, and follow-up outcomes to supervisors.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**:
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills in the required language(s).
- **Customer Focused**:
- Ability to listen to customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- **Sales Skills**:
- Ability to sell products or services effectively over the phone.
- Persuasive and results-driven attitude.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:
- Ability to handle difficult or angry customers with patience and empathy.
- **Basic Computer Skills**:
- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other office tools.
- **Qualification**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing, communication, or business is often preferred but not required.
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles can be beneficial.
**Work Environment**:
- Can be office-based, work-from-home, or hybrid, depending on the company.
- Typically involves regular hours, though shifts may be required for some companies.
**Additional Information**:
- Basic salary plus incentives/commissions based on performance.
- Training provided for product knowledge and communication techniques.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹44,881.43 per month
