**Role/Designation - Personal Assistant for Larissa**

**Responsibilities**
- Sourcing, assisting and coordinating shoots- Coordinate with the artist’s management, editor and teams-
- Research, brainstorming and conceptualise content ideas with the artist for different social media platforms and pages-
- Manage calendar and weekly agendas-
- Willing to travel for shoots if required-
- Supervise operations of the artist’s brands and ventures-
- Conveying to the artist the requirements for the brands ( Photos, Videos, Content approval, etc and getting the same delivered to us ( Marketing Team )- Overlooking the operations of the artist’s brands. This will include taking KPIs from the person looking at operations (number of orders received and dispatched) and documenting them in Excel.

**Requirements**:

- Must be Mumbai-Based- Organized & a multitaskerWilling to take challenges-
- Good communication and time management skills- Has basic editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe premiere pro)
