**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member.
- Provide guidance and support to customers using our software products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting our software products as needed.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using customer support software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
