**Salary**: 10000/- to 12000/- PM 8Hrs Rotational Shift

Skills: English Communication, Computer Knowledge

Job Duties:

- Coordinate and oversee all office activities
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Oversee the members of the administrative team and coordinate their activities
- Make travel arrangements for the senior managers
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
- Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities
- Keep databases in check and update them regularly
- Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
- Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
- Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Customer scare associate: 1 year (preferred)
