**Brief about the Team**

The Partnerships and Alliances team is responsible for forming and growing partnerships with various fintech, affiliates, aggregators, healthcare companies and B2B partners. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, product, growth, and tech to integrate with various partners and drive business. We are one single point of contact for the pharmacy and diagnostics requirements of these partners

**What will you do**
- Connect with various active partners to understand any challenges in driving business
- Coordinate cross departments like tech and product for execution of partnerships
- Work with operations team to successfully carryout onsite camps for health checkups
- Assist the team to track and monitor receivables from partners
- Keep track of performance of active campaigns
- Deep dive into performance data to gain insights

**What we are looking for**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using excel and business intelligence tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work under defined deadlines
