Junior Dentist

**Job Title**: Junior Dentist / Associate Dentist.
**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine dental check-ups, oral prophylaxis, fillings, extractions, and other basic dental procedures.
- Assist senior dentists in complex treatments such as root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and orthodontic cases.
- Conduct patient examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and create treatment plans.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high standards of sterilization and infection control.
- Participate in clinical discussions, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance skills.
- Manage patient appointments and follow-ups efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)** from a recognized institution.
- Valid **Dental Council registration/license.**:

- 0-2 years of clinical experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, empathy, and a patient-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of digital dentistry and dental software (preferred).
