**Job Title**: Training In-Charge (Dentist)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Training In-Charge (Dentist)** to lead, coordinate, and manage the training and development programs for dental professionals within our organization. This role will ensure that all dental staff are adequately trained on the latest techniques, best practices, equipment, and safety protocols. The Training In-Charge will work closely with senior dental practitioners, management, and external education providers to deliver high-quality training solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Management**:

- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs for new and existing dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training and adjust programs accordingly.
- Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental care, technologies, and regulatory standards.
- **Educational Support**:

- Provide guidance and support during training sessions, offering practical demonstrations on techniques, procedures, and dental tools.
- Facilitate hands-on training and mentoring opportunities to enhance staff competency and confidence in dental procedures.
- Organize continuing education sessions to ensure staff members maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure that all training programs comply with dental health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with sterilization protocols, patient safety, infection control practices, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- **Staff Development**:

- Mentor and coach junior dental professionals, offering feedback on their performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Create career development pathways and provide opportunities for skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with HR to identify training needs based on performance reviews and ongoing assessments.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the management team to align training goals with organizational objectives.
- Maintain training records for all dental staff, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Report on training outcomes, progress, and areas for improvement to management regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or equivalent dental degree from an accredited institution.
- Additional certifications in training or education-related fields (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, instructional design) are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist.
- Experience in a training or mentorship role within a dental clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in dentistry, including new technologies and treatment techniques.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.
