Junior Dentist

Job Title: Junior Dentist / Associate Dentist.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Dentist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental check-ups, oral prophylaxis, fillings, extractions, and other basic dental procedures.
• Assist senior dentists in complex treatments such as root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and orthodontic cases.
• Conduct patient examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high standards of sterilization and infection control.
• Participate in clinical discussions, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance skills.
• Manage patient appointments and follow-ups efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
• Valid Dental Council registration/license.
• 0–2 years of clinical experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, empathy, and a patient-centric approach.
• Basic knowledge of digital dentistry and dental software (preferred).
