Position Overview:
We are seeking a Product Specialist - Dentist to support our product offerings and provide clinical expertise to our customers. This individual will serve as an expert resource for our dental products, providing education, technical support, and sales assistance to dental professionals. The Product Specialist will collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards and address the needs of dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise & Clinical Support:
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring that products are used effectively and meet the specific needs of each dental practice.

Training & Education:
Develop and conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for dental professionals to ensure proper usage and maximum benefit from Skyloc Dentec’s products.

Create educational materials and resources to support the clinical and technical understanding of the products.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and clinical practices to ensure the relevance and accuracy of training content.

Sales & Business Development:
Support the sales team by identifying product needs and providing in-depth product knowledge to help close sales.

Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing materials to drive product adoption and brand recognition.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key dental professionals, dealers, and distributors to expand product reach.

Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to product features, specifications, and troubleshooting.

Address product concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collect customer feedback to help improve product offerings and identify new market opportunities.

Market Research & Feedback:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive trends within the dental industry.

Provide feedback to the product development team on product performance and potential improvements based on customer interactions.

Assist with the launch of new products, providing clinical insights and supporting go-to-market strategies.

Product Launch Support:
Play a key role in the successful launch of new products by providing product demonstrations, clinical insights, and training.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure product launch materials and support are aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Dentistry (DDS/DMD) is required. A background in dental product management or sales would be an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience in a dental practice or similar role. Previous experience in dental product sales or technical support is preferred.

**Skills**:Strong understanding of dental products, procedures, and technologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex product features to a wide range of audiences.

Problem-solving ability, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with dental professionals and key stakeholders.

Willingness to travel for product demos, customer visits, and events.

Additional Skills (preferred):
Knowledge of dental practice management software or dental equipment.

Familiarity with dental industry regulations and standards.

Previous experience in product marketing, sales, or customer education within the dental industry.
