You will play a critical role in ensuring that we attract and hire the best professionals to join our growing innovative team.

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Craft compelling job postings that accurately reflect the technical requirements and company culture.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and progress for management review.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Qualification**:

- MBA
- M.Tech/M.E
- MCA
- BBA
- BCA
- BSc(IT) / MSc (IT)
- BCOM / MCOM

**Skill**:

- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, times job job boards).
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Talent Sourcing and Relationship Management.
- Interviewing and Assessment
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Negotiation and Offer Management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
