A **Production Microbiologist** in a microbiology department is responsible for overseeing microbial processes in industrial production, ensuring product quality and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key tasks include:

- **Microbial Culturing & Maintenance**: Propagating and maintaining microorganisms used in production processes like fermentation or cell culture.
- **Process Monitoring & Optimization**: Monitoring microbial growth conditions and optimizing production for efficiency and yield.
- **Quality Control**: Conducting microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products to ensure safety and quality.
- **Contamination Control**: Implementing protocols to prevent microbial contamination during production.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identifying and resolving microbiological issues in the production process.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory standards.
- **Training & Support**: Training staff on microbiological procedures and supporting cross-functional teams.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- A Master's Degree in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
- Experience with microbiological techniques, industrial equipment, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
