**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Ø To ensure microbiological quality of Environment of production area and microbiology area and prepare its documentation.

Ø Preparation of media and diluents for daily water analysis, product analysis, subculturing of microorganisms.

Ø To perform calibration of all Instruments in microbiology department.

Ø Preparation of trend analysis for water testing and environmental monitoring of microbiology area and production area.

Ø To perform subculturing of all microorganisms related to analysis and perform their maintenance, recording all data related to microbial analysis.

Ø Routine quality check of water for coliforms and other pathogens.

Ø Routine microbial limit test of raw materials and finished products.

Ø Perform departmental trainings and ensure implementation of training.

Ø Prepare and update SOPs for microbiology section as per standard practices and guidelines.

Ø To perform disinfectant validation for microbiology department.

Ø Daily monitoring of incubators, refrigerator, oven, temperature humidity and differential pressure and maintain its record.

Ø Daily maintenance of cleaning record for instruments and microbiology laboratory.

Ø To perform Bacterial Endotoxin test for Finished products.

Ø To maintain microbiology laboratory miscellaneous and glassware consumption record.

Ø To perform Growth promotion test for microbiological media and maintain its record.

Ø To maintain consumption of microbiological media and keep record of consumption.

Ø Preparation of documents and updation as required for customer & regulatory audits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
