Looking for **Leisure Travel Outbound professionals** for **Bengaluru**.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to promote and sell travel packages to potential clients. You will play a vital role in crafting memorable travel experiences for customers by comprehensively understanding their needs, offering expert advice, and coordinating all travel arrangements.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Promote and sell a diverse range of travel packages, encompassing tours, cruises, and vacation arrangements.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to comprehend their travel preferences and requirements.
- Employ effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Remain informed about travel destinations, trends, and industry advancements to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Stay updated on the company's travel offerings, pricing structures, and promotional activities.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of various travel destinations, accommodations, and activities in order to furnish accurate information and recommendations to clients.
- Manage booking processes that include flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Prepare and maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and bookings.
- Ensure that all necessary travel documents—such as itineraries and tickets—are provided to clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other partners in order to negotiate favourable terms and secure exclusive deals for clients.
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in selling International Tour Packages. More experience would be considered for AM/Manager positions.
- Familiarity with Destinations, Routes, fare rules, taxes, and airline regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- CTC : At par with industry standards._

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
