**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical shipment/order data, market trends, and input from Markets and Statistical forecast teams.
- Project Manage, demand planning transformation project.
- Collaborate with Markets, Business Management and Product Marketing to understand market demand and sales projections.
- Monitor execution and financial targets, and adjust forecast based on business requirements (revenue, inventory)
- Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, and deals/promotional activities to accurately forecast future demand.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities in demand planning to management and stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute insights to support strategic decision-making, and provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.


**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations)
