**Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**: Conduct training sessions on DevOps methodologies, tools, and best practices for both entry-level and experienced professionals.

**Curriculum Development**: Create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and documentation, to ensure they align with current industry trends and technologies.

**Hands-on Workshops**: Organize and lead hands-on workshops and exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts with practical experience.

**Mentoring**: Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to participants, helping them with their DevOps projects and problem-solving.

**Tool Proficiency**: Instruct on various DevOps tools and technologies, including but not limited to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and configuration management tools.

**Stay Current**: Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and practices to continuously improve training materials and delivery.

**Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate participant performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments. Provide constructive feedback and track progress.

**Custom Training**: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of clients or organizations, adapting the curriculum as required.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automation, and infrastructure as code.

**Teaching Skills**: Proven experience in delivering technical training sessions or workshops, with strong presentation and communication skills.

**Certifications**: Relevant DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate) are a plus.

**Tool Proficiency**: Proficiency with DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and Git.

**Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

**Continuous Learning**: A commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

**Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to different learning styles.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
