As an AWS Trainer at iamneo, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your expertise in AWS services, strong instructional skills, and passion for technology will be instrumental in empowering our learners to succeed in cloud computing.

**Requirements**:

- Solid proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
- Experience with deploying and managing scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, in the context of AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on various AWS services, customizing content to meet the needs of learners at different proficiency levels.

**Technical Expertise**: Demonstrate mastery in AWS technologies, providing hands-on guidance and practical examples to trainees.

**Problem-Solving**: Assist trainees in overcoming challenges related to AWS deployment, configuration, and optimization, fostering a deep understanding of cloud concepts.

**Assessment and Feedback**: Assess trainee progress through quizzes, labs, and projects, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

**Curriculum Enhancement**: Stay abreast of AWS updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of training activities, trainee progress, and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement.

**Technical Resource**: Serve as a valuable technical resource for trainees, addressing their questions and providing guidance on complex AWS-related topics.
